Booking Information

To book us please complete our online booking form. Once we've received your information we'll put a call out to the performing members to check their availability. We'll then contact you by email to confirm if we can perform or not.

Please note:

  • A donation is expected (unless it's for charity)
  • We are a non profit organization and have a tax exempt status
  • All the members of the group are volunteers and receive no payment
  • We use donations for the purchase and repair of drums, sticks, stands, and costumes and for refreshment costs for the performers
  • If we're required to travel outside Hamilton we require transport costs to be reimbursed at the rate of $0.73 per km per vehicle
  • We usually perform for a minimum of 15 minutes up to an hour (more or less time is negotiable)
  • At least 10m x 6m unimpeded performance space is required. The surface needs to be level and smooth (gravel is unsuitable)
