Workshops - Start Slideshow

In 2007 we ran our introductory workshops which were so successful we had to run two groups! We also ran a workshop in Raglan followed by a small concert for players to show off their new skills, and we tried out running some casual classes, designed for people to have a go and see what bashing the drums is all about!
We have run three classes (once a month) and each one has been completely different. Participants were able to try out all kinds of different styles and beats which they did with gusto as you can see!
The classes were open so that children and families could do it together. As you can see we have some budding young taiko players coming along!
